April 10 at 3:44 PMIt went well. I did not finish, though. It was such a short challenge. I learned a lot about bio digesters. Very cool!

November 15 at 1:24 PMIt really helped with becoming more self aware of your choices, not just your individual challenge. As well has having some self care practices become priority.

November 14 at 3:16 PMSo far I am maintaining my new less-screen-time habit and making low/no waste meals from scratch at home.

November 13 at 12:28 PMI learned how simple & easy it was to make a few changes that ultimately could add up to so much more. November 2 at 12:01 PMEvery time I reached for my phone in search of screen time, I opted to go for a walk instead! This helped me to keep moving!

November 1 at 4:10 PMI look forward to this challenge each year and appreciate seeing how my actions can truly have an impact. This year, I carved out time for some decluttering around the house and feel so much lighter after that activity. For some reason, planning ahead to bring my reusable cup consistently was more challenging this time but it's something I can...

October 31 at 2:38 PMThe challenge was instructive and inspiring to me. I learned it is not that hard to eat meatless meals, and I realized how many lights I leave on every day. I love being part of a CSA, and will continue to participate. And I should get out and do more nature hikes, as it is a great stress reliever. The big take away for me is mindfulness;...
