Melanie Mesaros 11/01/2017 4:10 PMI look forward to this challenge each year and appreciate seeing how my actions can truly have an impact. This year, I carved out time for some decluttering around the house and feel so much lighter after that activity. For some reason, planning ahead to bring my reusable cup consistently was more challenging this time but it's something I can continue to focus on now that the challenge is over.
Finally, this challenge always gives me a reason to change up my exercise routine and add in more outdoor activity (even if it's just 15 minutes).
