I've decided it is time to get a fitbit.  Want to track my walking!

This weekend walked over 8 miles Saturday and Sunday on sand, which is harder!!

I kept busy all weekend and as a result it was easy to skip eating processed foods!

Today was easier.  Fruit for breakfast and good to go.  Last night at home I did not eat processed food or refined sugar.

Starting off the challenge strong by coordinating a trip to Goodwill to drop off a basket of items that have been sitting in the front hall for months now, riding my bike to and from work, listing three things I'm grateful for (which felt really soothing and meditative), and today (so far) I've only purchased food for my lunch.

I'm proud of my first day's achievement.  I added 21 points so far and the day is young.

I skipped a donut and ate a banana this morning.  It was hard.  I have some candy in my desk drawer to test my resolve to not eat processed food and refined sugar.
