    Looks like I can live without processed food!

    It's getting easy to not eat processed food or refined sugar at home.

    I kept busy all weekend and as a result it was easy to skip eating processed foods!

    Today was easier.  Fruit for breakfast and good to go.  Last night at home I did not eat processed food or refined sugar.

    I skipped a donut and ate a banana this morning.  It was hard.  I have some candy in my desk drawer to test my resolve to not eat processed food and refined sugar.

    For this two week period, I actually hope to eat unprocessed food 5 days a week and be mindful the other two days.
