Way to go Hennebery Eddy team! 6th out of 600 is not terrible! I love how varied and custom the EcoChallenge is, allowing each of us to find the changes and activities that make sense and matter most. The collective impact is pretty incredible!

Great site showing the amount of food wasted in a large city, ways to keep it fresher for longer, how to use it up, recipes and more! http://www.lovefoodhatewaste.ca/why-it-matters/Pages/default.aspx  Does Portland have a site like this?

Can't believe it's already the last day. Nick's right, 3 weeks would be a real challenge! While I haven't been perfect at all my challenges, EcoChallenge has once again renewed my awareness of the environmental impact my daily actions have.
