    I HAVE TO ADMIT SOME OF THESE CHALLEGES WERE PRETTY TOUGH!! BUT ALL AND ALL I LEARNED A LOT AND HAD FUN DOING THIS :)

    I'm sorry this challenge is coming to an end as it has kept me focused on my diet and exercise. I plan to enlist friends/co-workers in our own challenge to "keep it going"!.

    I need to exercise more! And I'm too easily distracted and forget to enjoy nature. I've been reading environmental articles though. :\

    Being outside in San Franciso this weekend makes walking easy to add time and distance.  A good reminder to mix it up at home and find new places to walk.
