Melissa Dick 10/12/2017 9:37 PMNo trouble eating food without sugar as still eating fruit from summer, berries, dried apples and pears and melons. Am checking food so that there is now sugar added. What a way to dine! -
Melissa Dick 10/05/2017 9:30 AMI am ready to start my challenges especially the refined sugar one. I have done this before and have managed to go quite a while without refined sugar but once you start eating sugar again, it is harder to quit. Another time to redeem myself and be healthier! Also cutting down on the time I spend on my computer, although I only use it about twice a day, I can cut out the evening time and be more at rest when time for bed. Here we go! I love a challenge!
