Being outside in San Franciso this weekend makes walking easy to add time and distance.  A good reminder to mix it up at home and find new places to walk.

A good reminder during my eco challenge:

On my walk today, listening to The Other Wes Moore I heard this-   "... then he said something I'll never forget, when it's time for you to leave this school, leave your job, or even leave this earth, you make sure that you work hard to make sure that it ever mattered that you were here...The notion that life is transient."
