Michele McCall-Wallace 10/14/2017 9:04 PMI learned from a food documentary that mushrooms can make vitamin D! I had no idea that if you slice freshly picked mushrooms and let them sit in the sun for awhile, they will absorb more vitamin D before you cook them. -
