Jamie Wallace 10/16/2017 7:45 AMI confess. I'm addicted to social media. At least for the moment. I still have yet to meet my challenge of using social media only once a day. I think it's a phase I'm going through because I like to take long breaks from it which last about 4 to 6 months at a time. But right now social media is serving a purpose for me, so I'm checking it often and who's to say that's bad. The meditation at least is giving me some quiet time so I'm gonna keep at it.-
Alena Marani 10/16/2017 10:45 AMI'm also struggling with this one, especially over the weekend! I'm glad to know I'm not alone!

Jamie Wallace 10/12/2017 6:39 AMI did not meditate at all yesterday. I was surprised to find that it's hard to even find five minutes out of the day for some quiet time. However, this morning I did for five minutes and I think its harder than doing a plank for 90 sec ;)-
Megan Beveridge 10/12/2017 7:50 AMYou can even start with 3 minutes and work up from there! I've always found meditation difficult. You should be proud of doing a full five!

Jamie Wallace 9/21/2017 7:48 AMI did not see a challenge for using no plastic so that is going to be one of my own.I think it would be cool if our office got rid of plastic ware and plastic straws. The oceans are drowning in plastic and it would not be so hard to cut back.-
Jamie Wallace 10/12/2017 8:17 AMI think we get a lot left over from the lunch and learns. Maybe we can request no plastic-ware but I'm not sure if people would use the silverware we have as it requires more clean up. I'm all for that though. -
Megan Beveridge 10/12/2017 7:51 AMI find it weird that we have so much plastic ware here when we have a full set of reusable flatware -
Jamie Wallace 9/21/2017 9:23 AMOh great! Thanks David
