Alena Marani 10/20/2017 5:37 AMI actually am really enjoying eating my meals without any distractions, I think this is something I should continue after the challenge ends. I've been joining you all for lunch more, which has been so fun. I've also made my boyfriend sit at our kitchen table with me during dinner, which allows us to connect more. I'm sure he wishes we could have sports on in the background though lol.-

Alena Marani 10/17/2017 12:33 PMToday's been a struggle for me already. There were munchkins at the front desk and I couldn't resist having one. I've been good so far but I just needed some sugar today. I also had lunch but when Maritina suggest Samos it just sounded so much better than my lunch so there goes my needs vs. wants. These challenges are hard to stick to sometimes! Tomorrow will better! -
Alena Marani 10/16/2017 4:53 AMThis weekend was a bit of struggle for me in the needs vs wants challenge. I found it hard to stick to that when friends would invite me out. However, I did keep exercising everyday for 30 minutes, which I'm proud of myself for, and I also kept using my reusable water bottle and avoiding refined sugar!-
