Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Lisa Clifton 10/25/2017 7:41 PMIt was a good EcoChallenge! My actions felt worthwhile but not too onerous. This year, I decided to pick actions for my health and well-being that I thought I could accomplish since, though I get exercise and eat a pretty healthy and low on the food chain diet, I don't tend to spend focused time on mental health, happiness, etc. There were larger actions that I wish I could tackle but didn't think I could attempt this year. Maybe next? Good job, everyone! -
Alex Mihm 10/25/2017 2:38 PMAnother thought: Has anyone learned something while participating in the EcoChallenge that you want to explore further? Curious about global impacts of certain practices, maybe? -
Alex Mihm 10/25/2017 2:03 PMIt's been really great to see all the different ways that we've added new sustainable practices over the past couple of weeks. To me, it's a good reminder that making lots of little choices over the course of a day don't feel like a burden but add up to making a big difference. -
Megan Thornton 10/25/2017 12:09 PMIt was a successful challenge, and having a cold house is not so bad. Even with the temperature set to 65 degrees I had to open up all the windows when we had a large gathering last weekend. -
Elissa Preston 10/25/2017 11:11 AMI have really enjoyed this challenge. It has prompted me to be more conscientious on a daily basis about what I am reusing, recycling, saving, etc. I've also really enjoyed seeing what my co-workers are doing to be more mindful in their daily lives. Kudos to all of you who participated! -
Shelby Johnson 10/23/2017 12:23 PMWalking to starbucks with my reusable cup is keeping paper cups from the landfill and getting exercise at the same time. -
Mara Clifton 10/21/2017 4:22 PMI'm 600 pages into the extended edition of The Stand because I challenged myself to replace screen time but not lying down time. -
Lisa Clifton 10/20/2017 6:39 PMToday I was thankful that we clean and save aluminum foil for reuse. I needed a piece to put over the dinner casserole and the role of new foil was nearly out. I found a usable reuse piece down in the drawer. Dinner was saved! -

Heidi Hackenjos 10/18/2017 8:02 PMWhat?! Turns out I need to eat more fruits and vegetables.
Success=an apple or celery with peanut butter instead of a granola bar.
Easy to prep when I am already making a snack for my kiddo.-
Lisa Clifton 10/19/2017 7:07 PMGood suggestion and good job!
