    It was a good challenge. I could have done better but it did make me think more about things I could do better and consistently.

    I'm hoping that some of the things I did in this challenge will help me with the Wellness Challenge we are doing for the next several weeks.  I know I need to be better about taking breaks, so I'm pushing myself to get out and take a walk every day!
