Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Today is another beautiful, sunny day. It is not much of a challenge to walk outside in the sunshine!  ;-)

I am really enjoying watching the sun set each evening. The sky was an amazing mix of colors last night, it was great to see!

I got some walking in today, despite the weather. I was soaked, but enjoyed the bright yellow leaves against the gray sky.

Had a great time coming up with ways to colorize the OCC's towers and crescent.  Visually stunning -- Natalia and Josh from Team AV did a SUPER job.

Enjoying the sunset each night and writing a daily gratitude list have made me happier throughout the entire day. I'm grateful the EcoChallenge is pushing me to make these changes. :-)

With all this fall rain happening today I am grateful that I commute to work with a great driver.
