October 13 at 3:11 PMI've been eating mostly vegetarian meals for a week now! It's been easy since I don't have time to cook during the day anyway. The house is a lot cleaner too. This has been really helping me keep my mind on ways to take actions that are more sustainable.

We have been promoting Ecochallenge for the whole campus during the Welcome Back BBQ Day, as well as tabling every day since last Wednesday for students to sign up for 2017...
