Participant Feed

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Absolutely loving the EcoChallenge so far! I think that the small actions are really adding up like printing double sided, shutting down appliances when they aren't in use, and working on going paperless! How is everyone else's EcoChallenge going?

Hello NSC Sustainability! Thank you for checking in and participating in the EcoChallenge. We are hoping you will take some time to reflect on your actions and habits as you continue through the challenge. Often, we learn and grow even more when we take a minute to think deeply and critically about our actions and knowledge.

    Some things to think about:
What action items have you found more difficult that you expected? Were there any actions you already do that you didn't realize were sustainable? How easy or difficult do you feel it would be to keep practicing these habits after the EcoChallenge ends? What have you learned so far from this challenge, either about yourself, your community, or sustainability?

Every few days, take a minute to pause and reflect on the challenge. If you would like, you can post your thought in the feed and hopefully spark some discussion for the team!
