October 25 at 2:17 PMI challenged myself to one meatless meal a day. While I did not stick with it everyday, I became more aware of meatless options and found different ways to get protein in my diet besides meat
-
October 25 at 1:45 PMI'm finding that de-cluttering and donating items has made me feel like I have a new home. I'm ready to offload more stuff and make more space for kids to play in.
-
October 25 at 1:09 PMWith this EcoChallenge, I wanted to foster new good habits for myself and for others. I'm happy that while I didn't have this as a goal, I did get a few others to get involved in the EcoChallenge as well. I enjoyed using this as an opportunity to get some things done within a certain time, like mulching, and going to the farmers market.
-
October 25 at 12:39 PMI am participating in the EcoChallenge because a healthy environments= healthy communities.
-
October 25 at 12:21 PMI focused on bringing my lunch and using a reusable water bottle and mug. Not only did I have to deal with way less trash than I normally do, but I saved a ton of money on not going out to eat or getting coffee and tea everyday.
-
October 25 at 11:07 AMI decided to get at least 7 hours sleep a night for my EcoChallenge. I had no idea how tough this would be for me! My struggle has motivated me to continue for another two weeks to keep my focus on it and improve my sleep hygiene.
-
October 25 at 11:02 AMParticipating in the Eco Challenge makes me feel part of a larger effort to better our earth and our bodies.
-
October 25 at 10:42 AMI took it down a notch this year to teach the Eco School Leadership training and then realized that I should probably get points for that, lol.
-
October 25 at 10:35 AMThis year has been chaotic in so many ways, so when the EcoChallenge came up I decided to focus on things that minimize stress and bring peace into my life.
