    Added a weather-aware Internet-connected lawn sprinkler controller. It estimates savings over this past year of 323,399 gallons of water in skipped watering cycles based on the mid-summer baseline. Water cycles are skipped due to past and future rain plus reduced temperature, sun, and wind-based evaporation versus the baseline.

    The MHDC Green Team and Site services collaborated together to get rid of the Keurig machines to switch to a more environmentally friendly Mars Alterra system for coffee and tea.  The Alterra packets save 20% packaging over Keurig cups, and are fully recyclable!  Mars Drinks also has a sustainability plan to reduce greenhouse gases, water use...
