Liz Maldonado 10/16/2017 4:55 PMI have been focusing on reducing waste for the challenge. This means reducing the amount of times i get take out and overall being more mindful as a consumer and considering needs vs wants. My weaknesses are cosmetics and i'm looking into what everyday products could be bought from trusted/sustainable companies or seeing what things could be made at home by buying ingredients in bulk. Deodorant and toothpaste are some i've tried.-
Laura Powers 10/19/2017 10:17 AMBeing conscious of your waste is so important, and tough sometimes! I also see getting takeout or to-go food to be one of the biggest issues for myself. I try to either eat food at the spot and use their dishware, or pack my own food, but it's challenging! I applaud you for taking on such a big issue.
