    I wrote down 3 things I  am grateful for on my dry erase board which stated- my parents, pets and laughter.

    Today I went too Goodyear state park again and played tennis for a good hour and a half with my Uncle Paul who is home from South Carolina :-).

    I went to good year state park today with my family and rode our bikes & then worked out with my older brother :-)

    I worked out this morning for 30 minutes doing crunches, planks, sit-ups and Russian twists.

    Today during keyboarding I typed on google drive the things I am grateful and that being my parents, pets and the weekends. I won't have time today to exercise for 20 minutes but one is better than none , right? :)

    Today I took my dog to the dog park & we went to the gorge prior in the day. Taking the dog to the gorge was kind of difficult because there were many other dogs and he just wanted to smell and play with them , besides that it was a very successful hike :-)

    I walked my dog this morning for 25 minutes & did 20 sit ups. I won't have time to do my other challenge because I have a very busy day ahead of me but there's always tomorrow !  I found doing my challenge quite simple to do besides doing sit ups because I probably didn't do em the correct way but it's the thought that counts :-)

    Today for both of my first eco challenge I wrote a small paragraph about the things I am grateful for like as my family, friends and good health! I found this easy because yes, those are basics but they are something I greatly appreciate. I also walked my dog Jake for 30 minutes after school today and did 40 sit ups this morning.
