    I am proud that I have been able to do this because I have severe COPD and in order to exercise I have to use my portable oxygen and there are days when I really do NOT feel like making the effort, but I know it's important and helps keep me an active contributing member of society.

    Doing my best to exercise every day - but I still really do hate exercise, lol

    Well, I didn't exercise yesterday :-(  I had good intentions - does that count?  I was gone all day and just too darned tired when I got back home.

    Next year I hope to add some additional challenges - I think I'm understanding it better now.

    I went to the fitness room where I live and did 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning.
