    All done with the challenge but now the real challenge begins: keeping up with the chosen actions for the rest of the year and then some. Good luck, everyone!

    I want to explore the "Other" category of challenges for next year, and be prepared with my own unique challenges that push me in the direction I want to go. I'm also in search of an app or program to transition to tomorrow, so I can keep going.  Super Better comes to mind.  Any suggestions out there??

    Meatless meals went out the window with the first whiff of Singh's Roti Shop's boneless chicken roti, with tamarind sauce.  So worth it!  But tomorrow's breakfast will be a meatless channa double with slight peppa' and an egg over easy.  And I'll be dreaming of Trinidad again.

    I am proud that I have been able to do this because I have severe COPD and in order to exercise I have to use my portable oxygen and there are days when I really do NOT feel like making the effort, but I know it's important and helps keep me an active contributing member of society.

    I went to the Sustainability event at FIT. I think talking about and planning towards sustainability deserves extra points too ;-)

    Spent most  of the day outdoors. It felt so good especially for being in the company of my daughter and hubby :-)

    I have been doing it but not logging every day: :-( I’ll go back to record done items - sorry, team... points accrued will be lower this way but, hey, at least I’m doing the good stuff,  right?!?! :-))
