    I am so excited to be a part of the eco challenge! When I take inventory on the positive changes I have made and the ones I aspire to make, I am motivated to continue the journey towards a zero-waste lifestyle. And having a team of people to do it with just makes it that much more fun!

      For breakfast it will be steel cut oats, fruits, nuts, bananas, and raw honey! :) And a nice medley of stir fry veggies for dinner! We can do this Brenda! :)

      i'm taking on going without processed foods also. 
      oops - means a bigger change in breakfasts than i realized!  this will be a fun challenge.
