Green Cavs Feed

BACK TO TEAM PAGE

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Although I could have done better with some of my goals, I am proud of what I did accomplish. This was a very good exercise in reflection and actionable change.

I have Gratitude set as a reminder on my calendar for everyday, sometimes I even ask my office mates to share their gratitude for the day.

Wow, what an interesting 2 weeks. I thought quite a bit about how I can reduce my water usage over the last 2 weeks.
Thanks Casey for forming the team.

It's super weird to think that this is the last day to complete the tasks. I did many daily tasks because I wanted to really impact my every day life and see what things I could change just in the matter of two weeks. It's not even a question anymore to if I take a 5 minute shower. Doing that now is just so normal for me now, along with not having distractions while eating. I used to be really good at this until I moved out on my own and didn't really have many people to accompany me while it was dinner time. In short, I have really enjoyed all of the daily challenges the most.

I have found it much easier to take an even shorter shower than I have been already with getting my hair cut on Monday. I cut 7 inches off and I have found that I don't need ot spend extra time in the shower trying to wash and rise off all of the products.

Great habit changing days!  My most challenging is the SUGAR.  Lifelong horrible addiction to sugar and baked goods.  I am doing better, but not quite there yet.  Everybody have a great FALL Day!
