Trees for the Future Feed

BACK TO TEAM PAGE

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

I'm surprised how difficult it was to find the time to walk in nature (with two kids, work, and lots of meal prep)! The dietary changes weren't that drastic from what I normally aspire toward, but I had fallen off the bandwagon after vacation. Feeling better after eating better - but now I need to get moving outdoors more!

If it is hard for you to stop your kid from using straws, you can get reusable metal and (unbreakable) glass straws online.

The best way to eat local is to grow it yourself!
