Giving up seafood has been surprisingly difficult. I do really miss fried fish and sushi. On the other hand, it has encouraged me to branch out and try new foods that are more sustain-ably sourced and similarly tasty!

This challenge is getting harder and harder to do. I seem to be extremely stressed all the time. It might just be the negative stuff coming out or I don't know. Either way, I didn't save too much water today because my whole body hurt and wanted to just enjoy the warm water. (Also, I've been cold all day) But, at least I am making an impact by decreasing the overall usage of water! I also exercised for 40 minutes today (because that is alI could handle) However, I usually do just 20 minutes. So, I still doubled my time! I also feel good because of it since I was able to let you my stress/sadness from the day. Negative but also positive effects of this challenge. I'll work on increasing the amount of positive effects in the last 2/3 days that remain. As I am writing this, I have not brushed my teeth, but when I do, I will turn off the water and do a wall sit while brushing my teeth! (It's another method of adding a bit of exercise to my day. Hope everyone else's challenges are going well!! We are almost there! To the end!~

Celebrate your successes. None of us get it all right. It sounds like you're doing a great job for yourself and for the world around you!

It can be difficult trying to get an extra 20 minutes of sleep every night, but it helps to put my phone down and pick up a book.

I didn't exactly take a 5 minute shower. But, I did take a shorter shower than usual. I still saved water! Forgot to write down three things I am grateful for, but I had an idea as a "mental note" :)

I am really grateful towards my grandpa for being the person that supports me the greatest despite living far away from me (in Mexico City) I just got off the phone with him and it was nonstop support and great wishes (I haven't talked to him in weeks, yet he still believe in me) I cried happy tears. Many other people are supporting me a lot more than I thought. Overall, it was (and still is) a great day/night!
I hope other people have someone in their life that provides as much support as they can muster. If you don't have a person like that, no worries, I can be that person if you want! :)

It's so great that you are able to stay connected with someone who is so special to you even though he's far away. I'm glad he was able to be a good support for you, and it's wonderful that you're spreading that love around. That really makes a difference in your community.
