This challenge is getting harder and harder to do. I seem to be extremely stressed all the time. It might just be the negative stuff coming out or I don't know. Either way, I didn't save too much water today because my whole body hurt and wanted to just enjoy the warm water. (Also, I've been cold all day) But, at least I am making an impact by decreasing the overall usage of water! I also exercised for 40 minutes today (because that is alI could handle) However, I usually do just 20 minutes. So, I still doubled my time! I also feel good because of it since I was able to let you my stress/sadness from the day. Negative but also positive effects of this challenge. I'll work on increasing the amount of positive effects in the last 2/3 days that remain. As I am writing this, I have not brushed my teeth, but when I do, I will turn off the water and do a wall sit while brushing my teeth! (It's another method of adding a bit of exercise to my day. Hope everyone else's challenges are going well!! We are almost there! To the end!~

Celebrate your successes. None of us get it all right. It sounds like you're doing a great job for yourself and for the world around you!

I didn't exactly take a 5 minute shower. But, I did take a shorter shower than usual. I still saved water! Forgot to write down three things I am grateful for, but I had an idea as a "mental note" :)

I am really grateful towards my grandpa for being the person that supports me the greatest despite living far away from me (in Mexico City) I just got off the phone with him and it was nonstop support and great wishes (I haven't talked to him in weeks, yet he still believe in me) I cried happy tears. Many other people are supporting me a lot more than I thought. Overall, it was (and still is) a great day/night!
I hope other people have someone in their life that provides as much support as they can muster. If you don't have a person like that, no worries, I can be that person if you want! :)

It's so great that you are able to stay connected with someone who is so special to you even though he's far away. I'm glad he was able to be a good support for you, and it's wonderful that you're spreading that love around. That really makes a difference in your community.

This challenge is also making me save by computer battery by shutting it down when I am not using it.  I was able to use my computer all day today and I am barely charging it. It's 10pm. Busy day too! MIind blown!

Writing down 3 things I am grateful for everyday is really improving my overall mood. It's only been 2 days and I am already feeling so happy (than I normally am). 5 minute showers are hard because I went 2 minutes over....How does one take a 5 minute shower anyway!? Exercising is also benefiting me! Great day! Can't wait for the next! ^^

So glad to hear that the challenge is going well so far. Tip for the 5 minute shower: Try doing shampoo and conditioner at the same time.

Hello! This is my first time doing this challenge. I am extremely excited to try out these new things that will help impact our environment, but also see how I will grow as a person in these next two weeks. Good luck to everyone and have a great day/afternoon/evening/night!
