    I was able to leave 95% of my Electric household items off and used my cellphone to turn on my lights when I come up to my house since I don't get back home until its dark and I will see how the results reflect on my next bill!

    Good thing about my townhome is I can heat it up fast and it holds the heat in great so I leave everything off and it takes under 10 minutes to heat up the area I function in prior to me going to sleep so I am saving a lot of money this way

    This morning was leg and lat day for me! I did super sets and knocked everything out in 45 minutes before work in our wellness center! it feels great to work out 5 days a week prior to work

    This morning I walked around while I was brushing my teeth and started to get dressed and came back when I was done dressing from the bottom down rinse out my mouth and was done

    My showerhead was purchased from one of the venders who sold light bulbs here at the PSOB building and I used it for the first time and it was wonderful! I think more people should try them

    Wow - I am so impressed with the size of our team and the scale of positive change we are making!  Some of the challenges you all have taken on are inspiring and I want to do them too!  Setting new patterns and habits can be hard, I am motivated to do better seeing everyone's efforts :)

      yes you are correct I have set a pattern to workout every morning and I am hearing results from others on how I am shaping up so its a good thing

    While I've been collecting greywater in the shower, my 12 year old is less keen on the concept. Teachable moment!!!

    under 5 minute shower I think can be done on a regular basis if you plan to do it but if not you will relax and time will fly by but I did it

    Oh man. And here I thought not using disposable cups would be easy. Keep forgetting to tote my mug around....and then there are those emergency diet-coke runs thru the fast-food joints....Here's hoping the next 2 days I'll remember!

      the way I stay away from the disposable cups is find a cup that I like that really catches my attention and I keep it with me or in my area of sight
