I rode today even though I was tired!  Must go out with a bang!  This has been such a great challenge!

Here's a super fun, really awesome picture of my compost at home. I've wanted one for a couple of years, and now my *~*wishes have come true*~*~*

I am grateful for my health because riding my bike makes me so happy.

I keep putting my health last, and today I scheduled my annual physical! Thanks EcoChallenge!

I'm so looking forward to the weather this week for bike commuting!!  Also!!  I voted today!  Not ecochallenge related but I feel good about it.

I think I'm going to start a bike commuters club at Perkins!!  Look for sign up sheets in the kitchen!!  Or email me and tell me you're interested!!  

I didn't ride my bike today but I'm still making good on the rest of my challenges!!

One of my challenges is the "Buy Food And Water Only"... so did I forfeit the challenge today since I made an offer on a house???!!!!!! eeeeeeeeekkk!

I wish the ecochallenge lasted longer - it's making such a positive impact on my life!

Did you know that bike helmets have a life span of 5 years?  The foam hardens over time and at about the 5 year mark, the helmet will crack open on impact and not provide the necessary protection.  Get a new helmet!  They make them so much more comfortable now!
