    My Eco Challenge is going great! There are so many alternatives to meat, living with an animal free diet is tasty and easy! A plant based diet is much healthier for your body and the environment!

    I've had trouble going on walks recently but I'm trying to. The trouble being that I've been busy. Then the other thing is me instinctively flushing when it is not needed. I have been getting plenty of sleep recently though.

    Before I took this "5 Minute Shower" , I prepare shampoo and towel and everything near me for save time, after  the shower, I check the  time that  just 30 second more than 5 minute, so I guess I tried. next time ,I'll do it better
