I’m very proud of my Oregon Convention Center teammates for their participation in this year’s Eco Challenge! And because they take on this challenge 24-7-365!

The challenge may be over today, but I feel I've established some new behaviors and strategies for living more sustainably each and every day!

This week's meal prep was easy. Slow-cooker soups and stews are always great this time of year!

My home recycling system has been totally reorganized for efficiency!  

I turned off all digital screens early last night and actually got 7 hours of sleep! Happy Friday team!
