sonja johnson 10/25/2017 9:06 AMDoing this has made me aware of how often I run errands on my lunch hour and after work instead of the things that are important to me such as being out in nature or exercising -
Leslie Hamilton 10/23/2017 4:27 PMMy neighbors just adopted a new dog. Now I have a ready companion for walks in the park! -
Scott Matthew 10/23/2017 4:04 PMRunning outdoors in the autumn rain is fun, but running in the sunshine with red and yellow leaves above your head and beneath your feet uplifts your soul. -
Delynn Clark 10/17/2017 1:34 PMSpending the extra 15 minutes each day outside has been wonderful! I feel like I'm enjoying Autumn more than before and it's just lovely. -

Delynn Clark 10/09/2017 7:40 AMAnne and I just finished building a patio cover, so the challenge is a perfect way for us to add some dedicated outdoor time! 15 minutes each day is now dedicated to a cup of hot tea, enjoying the sounds of the neighborhood, and letting go of the ether. We also live very close to a historic cemetery...I'm challenging myself to walk it's leafy loop each day, too. No excuses :)
