Doing this has made me aware of how often I run errands on my lunch hour and after work instead of the things that are important to me such as being out in nature or exercising

My neighbors just adopted a new dog.  Now I have a ready companion for walks in the park!

Running outdoors in the autumn rain is fun, but running in the sunshine with red and yellow leaves above your head  and beneath your feet uplifts your soul.

Spending the extra 15 minutes each day outside has been wonderful!  I feel like I'm enjoying Autumn more than before and it's just lovely.

Trying to eat without distractions - never realized how mindless eating was until now.  The cats have noticed my distraction-free zone, however, and are taking advantage of it to get more attention!

Is anyone else using this amazing thunderstorm as their time to appreciate nature?! So cool!

Hi team! Neil Kelly challenged us, so now we are in a competition with not only West Linn, but Neil Kelly as well! Get your friends and coworkers to sign up and make some pledges so we can win!

Anne and I just finished building a patio cover, so the challenge is a perfect way for us to add some dedicated outdoor time!  15 minutes each day is now dedicated to a cup of hot tea, enjoying the sounds of the neighborhood, and letting go of the ether.  We also live very close to a historic cemetery...I'm challenging myself to walk it's leafy loop each day, too.  No excuses :)
