    Eating more fruits and vegetables is becoming a habit.   I am adding them into meals for the kids and they are not even noticing mushroom in their sauce!

    I tried to get the extra 15 minutes but texts from halfway around the world and my smoke detector yelling at me for batteries in the middle of the night had other ideas

    I find happy people are grateful, thankful and givers.  For me joy comes from giving to someone in need.
