April Ann Fong 10/25/2017 9:54 PMLast day! That went fast! -
Christa Shier 10/25/2017 9:25 PMI have to say, as soon as something in my schedule got challenging, the exercising went right out the window. I'm still in recovery mode from this cold and it's amazing how quickly I feel winded. The other two challenges were pretty easy for me, but looking at the selection of options, it's interesting to see how difficult some of those lifestyle changes would be for me. Pretty cool challenge to keep people mindful of their actions every day!-
April Ann Fong 10/26/2017 11:40 AMAgreed! Some are super hard! I find sugar super hard whereas riding the bus and walking are pretty easy...we are all challenged in different areas!

Kimberly Brown 10/25/2017 6:53 PMThis has been a good challenge for me. I think I will continue to challenge myself to do less driving and be more conscious of the waste that I am producing.-
April Ann Fong 10/26/2017 11:38 AMThat sounds positive! :D

Emily Robison 10/25/2017 1:14 PMFinal day! This challenge has helped me adopt a healthier lifestyle. I definitely won't be giving up sugar completely (because that sounds like a sad life to me), but I will continue trying to increase my fruits and veggies intake and decrease my sugar. I have also been pretty good about only buying what I need, which has been great for my wallet :) I slipped up a few times, but I'd still say this challenge was successful. Good job, everyone!-
April Ann Fong 10/26/2017 11:47 AMIt is good to realize how much we're drawn to the sugary items! I agree awareness is good, but deprivation...not so much! Nice work, Emily!

Cat Powell 10/25/2017 12:31 PMI got to do a nice long walk here at PCC during my lunchbreak yesterday in between classes and it was lovely. There's was a super fresh, sweet smell with a light breeze. Perfect day. Got plenty of rest and didn't spend the whole day on my phone, yay!-

Duggan Foster 10/25/2017 11:45 AMThe challenge has been a lot of fun! I have learned a lot about myself and about habits that needed to be changed! I will admit, it has not been easy! But it has been real rewarding! Here is what I have accomplished while participating in the challenge.
I am slowly replacing all the lights in my house with more energy efficient ones. And have really focused on turning the lights off in a room if I am not going to be in there for awhile.
I'm spending more time outside, taking walks and enjoying the nature!
Taking shorter showers! Which took a little bit to get used to!
I am recycling more. At work, thanks to me, we now have bins for recycling.-
April Ann Fong 10/26/2017 11:37 AMNice job!

Milton Thompson 10/25/2017 10:26 AMChallenges this time round went well and honestly too easy. Going to pick more or test myself with some more challenging ones next time.-
April Ann Fong 10/26/2017 11:43 AMokay...and post more! It'd be nice to hear about the challenges while they are happening!

Clint Arney 10/25/2017 10:14 AMLast night was little bit harder not to use social media more than once. Though i am glad that i did hold myself back from going on twice. Then took a 5 min shower this morning!-
Duggan Foster 10/25/2017 11:37 AMIts funny, I thought it would be easy to stay off social media, but I failed to realize how intertwined into our lives it has become! Keep up the good work! -
April Ann Fong 10/26/2017 11:45 AMYou made it!

Dennis Williams 10/25/2017 8:23 AMwow...I took the Earth Day Network ecological footprint quiz, and it appears that I am killing us all :/ if everyone were to live like me we would need 3.8 Earths.-
April Ann Fong 10/26/2017 11:42 AMIt is interesting to choose another country (say Bangladesh) and to answer as much the same and get a much lower footprint! We are unaware as Americans how much having clean water, sewers, electricity, roads, etc., and meat in our diets affects our footprints!
