It was tough to stay on track but I tried making good decisions at every meal.  Really enjoyed the challenge

Eating a meatless breakfast is relatively easy but lunch and dinner can be more challenging.  Veggie Soup and salad have been my go to this week and it's surprisingly very filling and delicious

I have noticed that writing three things I am grateful for every morning has allowed me to have a happier, healthier and more fulfilling work day.

I’m away for the weekend in Boston so it’s a little challenging but I managed to eat all veggie meals all day. I’m pretty pumped!
