This for me was about doing the best I can do for me. Sometimes I do better/more things for other people than I do for my self. I mean support worth causes, donated time and talent to worth organizations. I learned during this time you really need to invest in yourself first. WOW. If we would all take the time and efford we could do so much more for other because we are rested, at peace, health and focused. -
Natalia Burgess 10/25/2017 3:16 PMCheck out Netflix for documentaries on the Food Industry. I have watched Forks Over Knives and discussed with some vegetarian friends. If we really explore all the vegetables available to us and all the spices that are out there, we may find that eating no meat or cutting back on meat may not be as difficult as we may first think. When trying a substitute, don't expect the taste and texture to be exactly the same. A peach and nectarine seem similar to me, but they are different. -
Lourdes Venancio Pena 10/25/2017 11:50 AMWe have a Keurig Machine at our office, unfortunately the Keurig pods are not recyclable or biodegradable. We purchased a reusable K-cup filter to reduce our plastic waste! :) -
Linda Carpenter 10/25/2017 6:59 AMWe did it! -

Linda Carpenter 10/23/2017 11:44 AMGreat weekend to work in the yard and compost. -
Holly Windom 10/23/2017 10:47 AMYes, I'm usual guilty of eating processed food - Why? you may say because I thought it was easier! I have found out that planning your meals makes a huge difference in your choices and adds to more to your down line. You are less likely to waste fresh food purchased in small qualities than boxed food that stays on the shelf for months. Going to the store/market weekly to see what your choices for the week are can be exciting. Learn to enjoy your food choices and in turn you will enjoy your life choices better. -
Dorothy Tait 10/20/2017 11:34 AMI have been eating one meatless meal a day successfully, and am ready to go 1 dairy-less meal per day for a week. No cheese - Yikes!

Scott Beckerman 10/20/2017 6:23 AMI've challenged the other 3 banks (Citi, Pacific Continental, and Beneficial State) to try and beat the Comerica team on points per participant. I still haven't heard back from them. Maybe they are too intimidated by Comerica's EcoChallengers? As you head into the weekend, don't forget to check-in and log your actions! -
Natalia Burgess 10/19/2017 6:59 AMIt's always a positive to let someone know they are appreciated. It's totally a win-win situation.
