    I try to eat mostly organic only. Today it was organic without being processed.

    I enjoy grocery shopping for seasonal vegetables and fruit. Now that the weather is getting colder, and the winter rains beginning, it is veggie soup time.YUM!

    Get out that crock pot, it is great for veggie stews like the one Marilyn mentioned.  This time of year our farmer's market has many wonderful selections to through in your pot!
