    I took over 20,000 steps today alone was active for 201 minutes

    I hope to get to participate in another event this was enlightening definitely tried something I have not been so mindful of. I know have lot of growing but very proud that I participated, committed and followed through. With a few exceptions

    We all agreed it should be affordable to whom ever may need as well as in other medical services anyone may need. Which also led into the cost of medication and so on and so on

    1. Public transportation to get from a to b
    2. Resources provided throughout communities 
    3. Agencies the help people who maybe less fortunate
