Chelsea Weeks 10/13/2017 4:22 PMThe last couple days have been pretty good. I missed my walk yesterday but will definitely be spending more time outside this weekend. I just have to keep up the eating habits through the weekend which may be difficult since I won't be home. It's just two meals a day of whole foods, I can do that! -
Chelsea Weeks 10/11/2017 1:18 PMDay 1! I'm ready! I did my meal prep for the week on Sunday following a meal plan by Forks over Knives. This is a whole food diet (it was meant to be plant based but I added chicken to some of my meals). So far the food has been delicious! I am very excited about it!
