    I find happy people are grateful, thankful and givers.  For me joy comes from giving to someone in need.

    Today for breakfast I ate an apple and grapes.  Lunch wasn't much different, I had pears, grapes.  Tonight for dinner I'm eating a large green salad.

    Never broke open and ate a pomegranate before.  The seeds are really good in salads.  I'll buy them again.  Very good.

    Beginning to really like eating more fruits and vegetables.  I love steamed broccoli and brussel sprouts..

    Weekend grocery shopping consisted of apples, pears, bananas, radishes, lettuce, pomegranate, tomatoes, avocados, green and purple grapes..  Ate really healthy this weekend.

    Starting to like eating more fruits and vegetables.  Maybe one day I will replace eating a piece of cake for an apple.  :-)

    Not feeling well that day.  So only ate a really large dark green salad with apple slices in it.
