    I wish this challenge was available all year! I would love to get the family to participate a couple times a year. A little competition might go a long way toward developing healthier habits for their bodies and for the world. Thanks for the inspiration NWEI!

    Morning routine for health (and multiple points!) :  walk with the dog and eat from the garden. No waste, eating locally & organically, eating outside and exercise all in one simple effort!

    The allure of a cashmere clearance sale was too great on a cold autumn night. I succumbed to a little shopping after months without. No points there for me today.

    Smugly thought I was on my way to being able to check off the elusive "eating from a 100 mile radius" this morning, and then noticed the large steaming mug of coffee in my hand. Sigh. Is coffee even grown around here?! 


    • Oh no! That's a good point Emily, that would be a tough one to do as a coffee drinker. Let us know if you find locally grown coffee!

    Ate grapes, figs , tomatoes and basil straight from the garden this morning.  Checked off for both eating an organic meal
     and eating outside!

    Working from home and saving fuel and 2-3 hours of driving time! Also clad in several extra layers so I don't have to turn the heat on.
