    I have been eating one meatless meal a day successfully, and am ready to go 1 dairy-less meal per day for a week. No cheese - Yikes!

    It helped that we were on vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC, last weekend and were able to enjoy walking outside in the warmer weather.
