    I learned that it's really mindlessly easy to accept plastic bags. I failed a couple days because I just wasn't paying attention. Overall, I think I did a pretty decent job of rejecting offers for bags.

      I think the US could do better and follow suit and charge per bag like places in Europe are doing.

    Stopped at a gas station on my way to work to grab a snack. Mindlessly accepted a plastic bag with my goods in it. Dang it!!

      We just visited England for 3 weeks last month, they charge for bags there. We were pretty good about remembering bags then!

      Plastic bags in the Netherlands are no longer for free, it helps a little to get people more aware. Perhaps reuse that plastic bag you just got, keep it in your car :)
