Penny Snider 10/25/2017 6:38 PMI've done really well avoiding refined sugar. It has also made me more aware of eating for no other reason than boredom. It is heading into the holiday season. I am going to try to keep up my Eco Challenges: avoid refined sugar, track my purchases, avoid disposables, exercise 30 minutes every day. And most importantly, be grateful every day and look for someone to send an appreciation email.
