    I got to do a nice long walk here at PCC during my lunchbreak  yesterday in between classes and it was lovely. There's was a super fresh, sweet smell with a light breeze. Perfect day. Got plenty of rest and didn't spend the whole day on my phone, yay!

    I've been making time for plenty of sleep this weekend so I've been feeling great! Yesterday someone else took my parking spot at my apartment so albeit unintentionally, I got a nice long walk from my car a few blocks a way.

      Sleep is good!! Ha ha on the parking spot--nice that you can have a nice thoughtful conversation with yourself about how you're getting a nice walk instead of getting fed up! Yay!

    Had a super productive day yesterday with friends and they always make me super appreciative of living in the present :)) Also, intentionally parked farther away from my apartment from necessary so I had to get a nice long walk last night!

    I'm slightly struggling with the checking social media to only once a day but I'm slowly learning to resist that urge to check it every 5 seconds and stay focused on the here and now :)) Both of my other challenges are so far so good!
