DEBBY PATTEN 10/25/2017 11:07 AMI decided to get at least 7 hours sleep a night for my EcoChallenge. I had no idea how tough this would be for me! My struggle has motivated me to continue for another two weeks to keep my focus on it and improve my sleep hygiene.-
