Keith Iding 10/25/2017 11:18 PMThe big thing about challenges is that changing old habits is a matter of inconvenience, in breaking free of the assumptions like what to do with free time, how to do routine tasks like taking a shower with a new timeframe, getting outside in nature more, and driving less. Those changes take a higher resolve and determination to be done. I do feel some pride in being able to recall the new script most of the time, although when more stress was involved, like extra added responsibilities, there were a few days I forgot the changed habits. -
Keith Iding 10/11/2017 5:24 PMI like the idea of having daily goals motivated by being part of a community dedicated to improving our lives and having less impact. This is the first day of the EC and I feel enthusiasm for making the challenge a success, personally and overall with all the other participants.-
