    im sad that today is the last day it seemed to go by very fast but ive learned its pretty easy to help the environment and i will continue to do that from now on

    i skipped breakfast and didnt have any trash to throw away one goal i have on the side is to produce less trash during the day

    Getting more sleep is a lot harder than i expected but the no screen time as i eat is pretty easy...
