    I made myself a promise today that I won't stop my 20 minute of daily exercise AND that I will continue to plan my meals to reduce waste (which also saved me $$$). Sadly, I want to eat Seafood again...don't hate!

    I guess I got lucky that Peter's Bar & Grill ran out of their famous Seafood Chowder this weekend...I didn't have to break my Eco Challenge Promise.
