    Not doing well this weekend with processed food, had salad dressing today.  But did work outside for a couple of hours preparing the garden and yard for winter. Loved the sunshine!

    Hiked Cooper Mountain trail today. Wonderful way to get out and break the electronic cycle. Yesterday clipped old tomato vines for 40 minutes until I got rained out!

     No trouble eating food without sugar as still eating fruit from summer, berries, dried apples and pears and melons.  Am checking food so that there is now sugar added. What a way to dine!

    I am ready to start my challenges especially the refined sugar one.  I have done this before and have managed to go quite a while without refined sugar but once you start eating sugar again, it is harder to quit.  Another time to redeem myself and be healthier!  Also cutting down on the time I spend on my computer, although I only use it about twice a day, I can cut out the evening time and be more at rest when time for bed.  Here we go!  I love a challenge!
