    The Health Challenge on Happiness, "I will write down three things every day for two weeks that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone" is really awesome. I will probably continue to do this outside of the EcoChallenge!

    2 days strong of checking in and logging my actions! This morning I listened to Beyonce's Love on Top while I attempted to take my 5 minute (or less) shower. My goal was to be out of the shower by the time the song ended (it's 3:17 long) and I totally did it. I highly recommend this for the future. Haha!
